The same are subject to amendments and/or modifications as may be necessary including (without limitation) as a result of any change in applicable laws, rules or regulations, or in the interest of improvisation of the Project, or as may be decided by the competent authority. Actual development may vary due to regulatory approvals or changes, site conditions, unexpected or unplanned discoveries or design improvements.
